Kick-off meeting: this was held in September 2006, immediately after the launch of the project, involving all the partners in order to organise exchange material, technical expertise personnel and to undertake decisions about the commencement of the project.

Midterm meeting: is to be held at month 18 and will monitor the advancement of the project and redirect the collaboration if required.

Final Meeting: this will be an open conference, mainly devoted to the presentation of the final results and to evaluate the possibility for an extended period of collaboration.

Steering Committee meetings: will be held during the general meetings and at six months intervals.
