• Get expression of wild-type and mutant HCN2 and HCN4 in murine ES cells.

    • Embryonic stem (ES) cells transfected by lentiviral vectors stably expressing HCN2 or HCN4 (mo.12), aimed to create transgenic mice over-expressing HCN2 and HCN4 and perform their in-vivo and ex-vivo characterization (mo.24).
• Generate transgenic mice over-expressing HCN2 and HCN4.

    • Evaluate knock-out mice and mice overexpressing HCN (in vivo and electrophysiological data; survival) in basic conditions.
• Collect data on arrhythmias in HCN2 and HCN4 knocked-out mice.
